The PC I just bought is running smoothly for short sessions, but after extended use of 3 to 4 hours it starts crashing during games. These crashes tend to appear regularly once they happen, though turning off the machine seems to resolve them temporarily. Checking the event viewer revealed that the issue is linked to nvwgf2umx.dll. I’ve checked for software problems—running memtest86, reinstalling Windows, and using DDU—but found no errors. My guess is it’s related to the PSU or motherboard, though I’m unsure which one needs replacement since all parts are covered by warranty. Someone with a similar problem posted a video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=24b1I8oNnVM&t=63s
I'm using Windows 10 since I have a license. I'll provide the exact model when I'm at home and perform a BIOS update. Thanks for the advice.
You can upgrade to Win 11 using the same license. Keep in mind that Win 10 support will soon stop.
