I've been using Dayz Standalone for a while and spent $140 on a 750 Ti to play. About two months ago, I logged in as usual and received a ban message saying "You have been banned battleye ban #09748a." I reached out to battleye's website for contact, but they didn't respond. I tried three times without getting a reply. I'm not trying to hack, and I can't understand why I got banned. It seems Bohemia must have a different system for handling bans since battleye is blocking people without reason. I'm frustrated with battleye for not responding, even if I were accused of being a hacker. I'd appreciate an email update on my situation. Can someone from Bohemia or battleye assist me with this?

I don't play that game anymore. I actually had my VAC permanently removed after I got into a lot of trouble with Valve and involved the Better Business Bureau. Someone broke into my account and cheated me. My account is worth a few thousand dollars, but in reality it has no real value since digital games don't have actual money. They said I let someone onto my account, but the truth was my friend's friend watched me sign in at my friend's house and remembered my password. I didn't have any CD keys to hand them, which is how they used to return accounts. I did give them the card I used, and eventually they gave it back after I got really upset. I shouldn't have told them I thought my friend had logged in, because they stopped helping me right then. AND THAT WASN'T EVEN MY FRIEND! GOD I'M STUPID! I don't worry about companies—I fear myself.
