I've looked up information online and on forums about this problem, tried several solutions, but everyone seems to be able to log in and start the repair process. Their PCs go through the auto-repair steps, then open advanced settings and troubleshoot. My computer starts quickly from startup (used to boot in 4 seconds), but after switching to "Diagnosing Your Computer," it stutters with the Asus tuf logo, resets the motherboard, and jumps into automatic repair mode. It works fine for the first part, but about two seconds later it crashes with the error code, displays "Systems Service Exception Not Handled," and then restarts again. It would help if you could try turning off fast startup as suggested, though it didn't work. I also checked my CPU—since I don’t have an SSD, only two M.2 drives, but it won’t accept updates. Could this be the cause? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What hardware are you employing? motherboard, drives, cpu, psu, additional devices.
Have you made any adjustments prior to the issues arising?
Verify Windows integrity.
Launch the command prompt with admin privileges and execute DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...em...5b60477a93
Reset the BIOS using a jumper, CLR CMOS or JBAT, or similar (you will need to correctly configure boot priority afterward)
Inspect the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)
Examine the hard drive for faults with its manufacturer’s utility and, if available, upgrade the firmware

I believe I solved the issue. Hopefully it wasn’t the entire PC, just a corrupted OS file. After formatting both M.2 drives, I flashed a clean install from a USB stick. Removing one RAM stick and then adding the other worked perfectly. I’m not wanting to repeat the whole process, so I’ll try the 980 Pro on my second PC and see if it happens again. Thanks for the advice!
