Hello everyone, I just installed a DeepCool LT720 AIO yesterday on an Asus X570 Prime board with a Ryzen 9 5950X. Everything is functioning normally except for the infinity mirror cover. It connects to the single 5V ARGB header on the motherboard and receives power as the deepcool logo turns on, but the rest of the LEDs remain off. It doesn’t appear in Armoury Crate at all—or in any other RGB control software like SignalRGB. I’ve checked to switch it from Gen 1 to Gen 2 for ARGB, but only shows Gen and LED count (120). I changed it to 500 without any effect. I removed Wallpaper Engine and Razer Software to rule out conflicts, but nothing changed. The pump, fans, and other components are working perfectly. I also had an older cooler with its own hub using the same 5V ARGB header, which worked fine, but this one doesn’t. All other RGB devices are recognized by Armoury Crate. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I possess the unit from the pump, distinct from the infinity mirror cover. The ones connected to the fans feeding into a splitter. The infinity mirror unit includes a 5V ARGB header connector, with an additional plug for linking to other ARGB devices when required.

Use ASUS Aura Sync or switch to a different ARGB port if your motherboard supports it.

Consider another port or hub.

The board features just one 5V ARGB port. I placed an order for a hub now and will check later to confirm it functions.

Not functional at all. Integrated with the DeepCool SC790 and three DeepCool FC120 fans, but they remain unresponsive and unmodifiable.
