My build details:

Quick summary:
7800x3d
NZXT N7 B650E ATX (AM5)
RTX4070 (founders)
Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR5, 6000, CL30, 2x16GB
Corsair HX850 PSU
Different NVME + SSD drives
Corsair H100i LCD CPU cooler
Hello friends, could you assist?
I assembled the PC with all fans, case LEDs, and component lights working, but nothing appears on the screen. The CPU and DRAM post lights are always on (both orange).
Could you help me figure out if I’m missing something obvious or facing a compatibility problem that renders these parts ineffective? I’ve been struggling to troubleshoot and feel like something is seriously wrong.
I think everything should work out of the box, except possibly the CPU due to a BIOS version issue. I’ve tested with a 7600x, which is known to be compatible and still gives the same result.
I’m asking for a comprehensive list of all the attempts I’ve made to get the system up and running.
I have:
- Verified the case cabling
- Inspected all connections
- Disassembled and rebuilt the motherboard completely
- Confirmed the CPU pins are intact and the RAM slots are correct
- Checked the PCIE card for damage and ensured it was properly seated
- Purchased a second identical motherboard, same outcome
- Acquired a second identical CPU, same result
- Installed a 7600x CPU (to possibly update BIOS for the 7800x3d) and attempted booting
- Built the system outside the case
- Tried booting without a GPU (using an AMD iGPU)
- Tested with a replacement GTX980
- Switched RAM between dual channels, swapped sticks, tried single-channel setups, repeated all variations
- Attempted booting without any storage drives
- Powered on with only CPU, motherboard, and PSU connected
I plan to use a riser cable, but have tried various setups—including without one (GPU directly in the PCIe slot on the motherboard).
Reset the motherboard via its built-in control
Removed the motherboard battery to clear any residual power issues
Ensured the screen and HDMI/DP cables are functioning (used several times)
…maybe a few more basic ideas would help…
Thank you for any advice, even if just to confirm that this build was destined to fail. At this point, it would be great news! I’m getting really frustrated!

Rams are positioned in slots A2 and B2? Have you verified the CPU socket for any bent or damaged pins? As an alternative, consider mounting the cooler directly on the CPU's IHS while the system components are assembled.

Attempting to start with a single storage drive, which is the operating system's loading process.
