Hello. Right away I'll focus on the main issue. My setup: Motherboard - Gigabyte A520M, RAM - Kingston DDR4 32Gb (2x16Gb) 3733 MHz, PC-29800 FURY Beast Black (KF437C19BB1K2/32), PSU - Seasonic PRIME PX-850 (SSR-850PD), CPU - Amd Ryzen 7 5700X (no OC), GPU - GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4070, SUPER 12GB, WINDFORCE, plus 2 Kingston SSDs and 1 M2 Noname SSD. The problem: Yesterday night I shut down normally, this morning the machine wouldn't start (black screen, fans spin up at power on then stop). What I did was remove RAM, GPU, CPU, and used a cheaper PSU. Nothing worked. Notably, when switching the GPU to GT610, the keyboard backlight turned on. Also, the speaker didn’t produce any sound (checked, it’s dead). A POSTcard will be sent tomorrow with a new speaker, and I’ll update later. Sorry for the English—I’m not very fluent in technical words.

The issue has been resolved. A slightly loose screw caused a short in the PCI-E port. Moving forward, it's important to inspect all fasteners during maintenance.
