Hello, I recently purchased a used switch (D-link DGS-3324SRi) and am having trouble connecting it to the console for an IP address. I've tried everything—checked the manual, used various rs232 drivers from different sources, tested with and without the memory card, and even connected via standard Ethernet. Now I just want to reach the console to assign an IP so I can set up everything through a browser. Could anyone help me figure this out? Thank you very much. P.S. My English isn't great, and I made some spelling errors.
