Check if the Gigabyte B650m Gaming Wifi supports the 7600X3D/7800X3D graphics card. They warned it won’t handle a 7950X under full load due to VRM limitations. Can a less power-hungry 7600X3D/7800X3D work with this setup for gaming and video rendering from 5 minutes to an hour?

They're no longer listening to them. All these tasks are on the GPU. With your 7800x3D, it usually stays under 50% usage.

During rendering, the CPU remains fully utilized while the GPU handles only 40-50% of the workload, even when using GPU acceleration in Adobe Premiere.

CPU rendering shouldn't be handled. The 40-50% range was mentioned.

Vrms are outdated and basic components like pbo aren't offered since sub DS3H gigabyte boards are essentially from the 2010s. There should be comparable and upgraded boards such as B650M HDV, B850M Pro-A, etc. At most, the B850M-X Wi-Fi is an option, but it's just a downgraded HDV version. If you require a Wi-Fi board, it's one of the most affordable choices currently available.
