Hi. I will try to be brief but provide as much information as I can. I got a ryzen 9 3900x but it does not work. the mobo is an asrock ab350 pro 4 and the bios is 5.80 which should support the cpu. When i turn it on: -the gpu light up -the cpu heats up, but it never goes on to boot. -No video -no keyboard or mouse. -If i then turn it off and on again it will again power on but this time the fans will not spin. Everything works when I swap back to the 1700x. What i tried: I tried another BIOS. I tried every combination of ram and ram slots. I tried removing CMOS battery I tried CMOS jumper The pins seem fine and it goes in the socket well. If any are bent they must be very slightly bent. Anyone have any ideas? I am about to just give up.

It would be best to run the CPU on another machine. Locating someone with an AM4 computer should be straightforward.
