I just put the Cooler Master MasterLiquid LC240E in my Ryzen 5 3400G and it looks like I'm seeing higher temperatures than before with the stock Wraith cooler.

Have you attempted to reinstall the cooler? Should you take off the label from the base of the cooler? Did you apply sufficient thermal paste? Is the pressure during installation adequate?

The mounting force is definitely sufficient, I applied a generous amount of thermal paste and took out the label from the bottom of the heatsink prior to installation.

Check for consistent flow and pressure in the pipes. Look for no unusual noises or leaks. Test with a simple flow meter or observe water movement. If it feels steady and normal, the pump is likely working correctly.

You’ll notice a gentle, smooth sound from the pump. There might be air pockets inside the loop. Are there any unusual sounds coming from the cooler? Please share some images of the installation site.
