You don’t need to format your SSD unless you suspect a problem. Since Chrome and other apps work normally, it’s likely fine. If the issue persists, check for updates or hardware issues.

You likely have numerous tasks happening in the background. Reboot your computer and remove all unused applications and services.

I understand your setup. Here’s what you can try: MSI Afterburner, ShareX, BitDefender, Discord, Netlimiter (like Glasswire), and GeForce Experience are all active. I don’t have access to the screenshot, but you can check the Processs Tab for details. Disabling programs at startup helps, but you’ll need to manage them manually or use a cleaner launcher.
