I recently constructed this device, but it hasn’t functioned properly from the start. Perhaps it’s because this is my first attempt or the components I selected. It seemed to work for a short time before failing again shortly after. I stored it in a closet for a future fix, only to find it wouldn’t power on or display anything on the screen. When I tried to turn it back on, it would shut off and then restart. The motherboard lights are off, the CMOS battery was changed, and there’s a Windows 10 USB program on the PC, yet nothing appears. I really need guidance or suggestions, and I know this explanation is a bit lengthy.

The issue you faced was related to booting Windows from a USB drive. I wasn't sure if Windows had already been installed on the system or if you reached that stage at all.

It was saved several times since it caused the system to restart repeatedly. Entering an unusual menu and adjusting a setting resolved the issue, allowing Windows to load normally.

The indicator that remains active is the one showing power status. The CMOS battery was replaced, yet no mention was made of clearing CMOS during the process.

The LED was on during its boot sequence. After waiting 15 minutes, I unplugged the power but didn’t remove the battery or use a jumper.
