Hello everyone,
Could you please share your opinions on my PC setup? I'm currently exploring options for upgrading my internal storage, considering a switch from HDD to SATA SSD or sticking with the existing one. Your insights would be really appreciated regarding my build.

I'm primarily focused on gaming, CAD 3D modeling, and maintaining a solid machine. What do you think?

My initial impression is this PSU. "Power Supply: Corsair CV550 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply" Increase both wattage and quality. Begin here: Use the calculators.

My goal is to test the processor by enhancing its components. I feel quite limited in heat dissipation right now. Regarding the PSU, I have a spare Corsair CX600. It might not be sufficient for the optimized build yet, but it's a good starting point, isn't it?

600 watts remains probably insufficient for managing sudden power spikes. Yet this depends on the design and build quality as well.
Keep using the calculators; if any part lists a wide wattage range, opt for the upper limit.
For GPUs, stick to the PSU recommended for that model.
The overall power demand might turn out to be quite large, but having enough wattage available is still advantageous.
There will likely be much debate around this issue.

I just need reliable performance that matches my operating system and applications without any problems like glitches, delays, or complications. Right now I’m looking for simple computer basics—just a more responsive CPU and stable RAM, maybe a better motherboard. It’s important to define clear, measurable targets and approach things carefully. Plan ahead, assess what fits, and think about future upgrades. A balanced strategy is essential.

I'm not keen on overclocking either. My CPU wouldn't support it, and I was aware of that from the start.
I also prioritize stability and performance as they are defined by the manufacturer.

Hard drives tend to be slow.
Consider switching to an SSD if possible.
A 2tb replacement should cost between $150 and $175.
In everyday tasks, the impact is minimal if it supports M.2, PCIe, or data interfaces.
The main distinction lies in sequential performance, which we rarely use.
Investing in quality is worthwhile. I prefer Intel or Samsung products.
You can reuse your hard drive for an external backup.
The power usage mainly comes from the graphics card and the number of 8-pin connectors it needs.
If you’re comfortable with the CV550 PSU, it’s acceptable.
With a three-year warranty, it doesn’t seem very durable.
When the time comes to upgrade, opt for something more robust than necessary.
This ensures you can upgrade your GPU later and it will operate efficiently in the middle of its performance range.
The only drawback is that an 850W power supply is more expensive than a 750W one.
A premium PSU should come with a warranty of 7 to 10 years.

(Note: your motherboard doesn’t.) The hard drive is acceptable for data storage. Everything else appears to be working well in this scenario.
Perhaps a Quadro GPU would be better if mission-critical tasks involve Autodesk (see AutoCAD QVL list). However, introducing a gaming component would shift things entirely. It would help to have a concrete game example to reference when planning the upgrade. Any advice on PSU or GPU changes would be appreciated.

Be cautious with the LG monitor. I've used many of them and trusted the brand. However, my most recent one, an Ultragear, failed within a couple of months after the warranty ended. A search on a local complaints site revealed numerous reports of devices dying within about a year of purchase from LG. Additionally, it experienced severe backlight bleeding.
