I completed my PC setup, but saw online that the TUF B450-PLUS board doesn’t guarantee 3200mhz+ RAM. I’m planning to install a Ryzen 5 3600 and need to confirm compatibility. RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 16GB(2x8), DDR4, 3600MHz, CL18.

The board can manage 3600 without issues, and the CPU should also function properly.

I wasn't able to get that board to run at 3600 MHz through XMP with any 3300x or 3700x setting, no matter how I tried. Not even on one stick (G-skill Trident Z Neo or Corsair LPX). But once I manually entered the timings, it worked smoothly. If you're comfortable with manual memory tuning, it should be fine. Your results might differ, but from my experience, the board tends to resist XMP quite a bit.

B450 and R5 3600 can easily manage 3600 MHz. You might need to set all the timings yourself in the UEFI. Usually, you can locate the timing details on the motherboard's webpage. A motherboard's UEFI sometimes doesn't work well with a particular kit's XMP settings, but that can be handled automatically—just set it manually.
