I'm configuring the port forwarding on your second router since your first shaw modem/router is in bridge mode and no longer adjustable. All options are disabled. The IP address it displays is:

Another scan result was found. My ASUS router has the port active, but it remains marked as closed. The PC is attempting to connect, yet the firewall and security settings are disabled.

I'm planning to turn off the bridge mode and check functionality using my Shaw modem/router, then detach the ASUS unit. Probably starting with that first.

I revisited my single Rogers modem/router, but ports remained closed despite attempts to forward them. The status updates indicated they were open, yet the issue persisted. It’s unclear what’s happening—maybe it’s time to switch ISPs.

As already mentioned, your connection is certainly not on CG-NAT right now so that's not the problem, unless they are deliberately blocking all ports. Can you please confirm you actually have something listening on the port on the server you are forwarding to? If you don't, it will show as closed as there is nothing running on that port to respond to the probe. Also check the firewall on the server actually has the port open too. (although its its responding okay from the LAN that should indicate its open)

OK SO here is where im sitting. My server PC has NO FIREWALL ENABLED NOTHING. And is running a valheim server VIA steamCMD. As you can see my ASUS IP4 ip is the same as the whatsmyip and is the same as canyouseeme, also the port is the same port that my valheim server is running on and is open on my ASUS router port forwarding....and with the server running and my GF PC connected and playing on the server via connecting to it from home network the port STILL SHOWS CLOSED and my friend outside my network cannot join it.... I contacted SHAW, they do not give static IP's to residential clients only business and he could not give me a answer on the CG NAT yes or no....and they cannot offer ANY kind of tech support because there Shaw modem/router is in bridge mode and they have no it support for aftermarket routers and cannot offer ANY help at all....

I doubt the router isn't handling port forwarding. It seems there might be another factor at play. This is consistent across both devices, which makes sense. If you're not using their gear, don't rely on them assisting. But if you encounter the same problem with their modem, you can test it in router mode and apply the same solution you use for your Asus router.

For static IP addresses, no provider offers them outside of business plans. This practice has remained consistent for about two decades, particularly in the United States.
