This ASRock extreme4 x570 board is causing issues with my NVMe storage devices.
I own the AsRock Extreme4 X570 motherboard. Recently, my team group 2TB NVMe drive (the best I could manage during the pandemic) started crashing with BSODs. Windows 10 attempted to fix itself but failed. I tried recovering data and formatted it onto a raw partition, which worked temporarily. Eventually, I checked the teamgroup status and confirmed the drive was locked in read-only mode. The SSD reports 99% life remaining, while the other drive shows 100%. Interestingly, the 500GB crucial SATA M.2 slot was also locked to read-only despite being plugged in. I’m at my wit’s end and need assistance. Updated: August 8, 2023 – ProfessorBean
