There are a bunch of system build suggestions here There is no real difference between 1440 at 100 and 1080 at 144. You are looking at about $1,000 per system without the monitor. Since budget is not an issue, just get an i7 with a GTX 2070 or 1070 video card, will be plenty for 1080 at 144hz. 500gb SSD should be enough for things.

There are a bunch of system build suggestions here There is no real difference between 1440 at 100 and 1080 at 144. You are looking at about $1,000 per system without the monitor. Since budget is not an issue, just get an i7 with a GTX 2070 or 1070 video card, will be plenty for 1080 at 144hz. 500gb SSD should be enough for things.
