Foreword: The system functioned previously after some maintenance, with everything turning on properly. Now it uses an active VGA to HDMI converter. No issues with the display itself—my other PC works perfectly. Notes: It's an AMD A4-3400 processor equipped with an integrated GPU. I replaced the RAM locations and reset the CMOS during setup. Only the MOBO CPU power and SATA cables are connected. Would you like more detailed images?

The adapter might be the issue because certain monitors don’t connect properly. If you can, recreate the video output as it was before and test it again. Also, some integrated graphics cards can resist working at default settings, which is frustrating to get started just to enter the BIOS and adjust the configuration for compatibility. If the first fix doesn’t help, switch to a GPU-based system for video output and see if that resolves the problem so you can modify the BIOS accordingly.

It became clear why improving my understanding of the material was essential. Only recently did I discover that the device I purchased changed an HDMI signal into a VGA output.
