I've been thinking about purchasing a system from the company, but lately I've been considering making it myself. The cost is still quite high, but after adjusting some details, this seems like the build I've come up with now. I'm seeking advice on whether it's a good idea. I plan to use the case, fans, and AIO, and I'm really into the look of Lian Li products.
I have a couple questions: Would this setup work? Do I need a fan controller to allow customization of colors and other settings for these fans?
For rams, use DDR5-6000MHz and DDR5-6600MHz with minimal latency. Consider a compact SSD for the operating system and launchers (if gaming is part of your use), reserving larger SSDs for libraries. You likely won't need nine fans for this setup. The overall build structure is solid, allowing you to customize components as desired.
What tight latency RAM would look like? The 2tb Corsair drive I have was around 12700mbs read. The nine fans are mainly for appearance, making the system look stylish and tidy. Do you know what fan controller I should use? I’m also worried I might make a mistake while setting up and then face problems.
The advertised speeds of the SSD are only accurate during testing and don't really apply to everyday use. My Crucial claims 12000MB/s, and I come close in tests, but in actual real-world transfers it rarely exceeds 5-6GB/s. It's worth paying attention to IOPS rather than the gigabytes per second numbers. Samsung usually performs best in this area.

Im not worried about price but id like to know, is there anything here im missing at all to build a pc? im pretty sure i need to add thermal paste, and some thermal paste cleaner to remove the stock stuff on the cpu cooler?
