I heard about the Steam promotions possibly arriving around the 23rd. It seemed like a leak, but it might be true. With everyone back from summer, it should happen soon. I’ve only bought a few paid games on Steam before, so this sale would be perfect for expanding my collection. The ones I already own are: Gmod Shovel Knight, Rocket League, CSGO, I’m considering Stardew Valley, Besiege, Spintires, Tovarisch, DiRT Rally, Candy Crush (for R9 390), The Witness, and Insurgency. Bit Blaster XL is on my list for under a dollar—definitely grabbing it for nostalgia. What do you think? Are there any titles I should add to my list? I usually prefer games with solid gameplay over flashy graphics.

I'll check if Rocket League offers a half prize. If it does, I'm probably going to take it if it's under 40, otherwise I'll grab Arma 3 and maybe Darkest Dungeon.

I’m aiming to grab Fallout 4 and maybe Rocket League, and if it’s affordable I’d like to try Doom too. I’m not really into intense first-person shooters and tend to enjoy a mix of random, quirky games.

Dirt Rally is great, I recommended you have a decent steering wheel for it though.

Rocket league is definitely my top recommendation. It’s incredibly enjoyable, though it took a while for everyone to join in. I might skip it since I don’t own one and never intended to buy a heavy steering setup. I already have Minecraft, which is one of the few games I play outside Steam lately.

I could consider purchasing a digital version of my old Roller Coaster Tycoon deluxe. I saw they had it on Steam, and the Nostalgia effect might make it appealing again. Alternatively, I might explore a different resource manager such as Cities Skylines, which I’ve heard performs well.
