I've been thinking about moving to Linux and want to try dual-booting with my Windows install to explore it. It seems Windows limits the SSD shrinkage to just 3.5 GB, even though I have about 150 GB remaining on my 240 GB drive. Anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

Use a Minitool partition manager to rearrange data, unlike the Windows utility.

Use live USB to adjust the partition. Apply changes with gparted or the installer.
