Despite the adjustment, my CPU continues to reach 100°C while the GPU stays near 92°C. The CPU slows down under heat, and I tried several YouTube guides for undervolting. No clear solution found without disassembling the system.

Have you attempted to clean your heatsink? If you've used it for some time, repasting it could be beneficial.

I purchased it in mid-October 2018 and have the warranty until October 2020. I want it serviced, but the lockdown prevents me from doing so. Could dust be the reason?

It works, just remove the dust. But if it keeps getting hot even after cleaning, it may require another layer of coating.

The ideal product for repasting through Dell depends on your specific needs, but high-quality adhesive solutions and specialized bonding agents are typically recommended. Always check Dell's official guidelines or consult their support resources for the most accurate recommendations.
