Hi, the title needs adjustment. He wanted to free up storage by moving files from 'Program Files' to the Recycle Bin using the File Explorer, rather than employing the built-in uninstall tools. Now he can't properly remove files via the uninstall engine in Windows. Is there a solution to fix this? All files that were dragged into the Recycle Bin have already been cleared. The attached image displays the error message when attempting to uninstall through the native uninstaller.

You may need to modify the registry or consider tools like Revo Uninstaller to remove it. I used the latter once, but I'm unsure if it still works today.

They didn't ask that, but I should have rechecked the request.

He should get the uninstaller and check the app name he wants to delete.
