I use it regularly, often having about 30 people join our gaming Skype calls. The sound quality is solid, and as long as the right host is on, there are no connection problems. The only issue I’ve faced is with a bot call that doesn’t work with the latest Skype version because the API is outdated, and my friend hasn’t updated it. I still miss Windows Live Messenger though.
I pushed everyone onto TS3, ran my own server. One of my friends' groups (over 20 members) joined Discord.
