After starting normally on Windows 11, the Taskbar and File Explorer often stop working (hang). But in Safe Mode everything functions correctly. The system also freezes when trying specific commands. For instance, pressing Win Key + R, typing "winver", and pressing Enter makes the Taskbar freeze right away.

Steps taken to troubleshoot:
- Booted into Safe Mode, problem disappeared.
- Inspected for bad drivers via Device Manager and Event Viewer.
- Ran a Clean Boot to block third-party apps.
- Executed SFC and DISM scans to fix system files.
- Tried uninstalling display drivers.

I’m seeking more guidance to identify the exact driver or software causing the problem and find a lasting solution.

Monitor the system using Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Process Explorer (Microsoft, free). Keep each open and observe changes in performance. Identify potential causes such as background applications handling tasks like backups or updates. Check startup entries in Task Manager for unknown processes. Review update history to spot any failed installations.

Thank you for the advice. I followed your recommendations and spent some time looking into the matter more closely.
By examining the active processes, I discovered that the widget I had turned off was responsible for the taskbar freezing. It’s unusual since I hadn’t activated Widgets in a while, yet it caused this problem. After re-enabling Widgets again, the issue came back. At the moment, I’ve left them enabled and everything is functioning properly.
If anyone else encounters the same problem, I suggest reviewing your Widgets settings and attempting to turn them on.

I don't have access to your system's current settings. Please check your advanced system settings directly in your operating system for details about page file, total RAM, and other configurations.
