hey everyone, i’ve got a build setup with a gtx 1070 dual fan and a ryzen 5 2600 stock fan that uses copper cores. after about three hours of stress testing at full load, the cpu temps reached around 75°C while the gpu hit about 80°C. are those temperatures normal for this configuration?
It could be a bit concerning if the surrounding air was -20°C, but those conditions seem reasonable in a typical indoor setting, particularly during warmer months.
Ensure full load and stay within specified limits—obviously you didn’t verify this. Could you confirm the operating temperatures of the parts you’re referring to? That will help address your concern.
Avoid any effort until reaching 85°C. Upgrade your CPU cooler for an extra 5°C boost if you're serious, or install additional fans to improve airflow around the GPU. No major changes needed otherwise.
