Hello everyone. I just received the Neon Digital RGB Combo Kit from Phanteks and installed it where I needed it. They were connected in a chain and then linked to the ARGB 5 Volt header on my Asus B550-A motherboard. But when I tried to launch Aura Sync (which they claim works with them), it didn’t detect them, so I can’t change them from the default Rainbow RGB settings. Most of my build uses Corsair, and almost everything relies on Icue. The only reason I’m using Aura Sync is for lighting control on my Strix 3080. I also prefer the standalone Aura Sync version over Armory Crate because it avoids bloatware and issues with AC. I’m hoping someone can help since these strips don’t work with Icue, and I don’t want to install extra RGB software. Thanks for your time!
