550w is more than enough for that project. A higher-end model like a TXM would be even better.

nuh, huh. I had a 500w psu with 3600 and a 3070 for a month... no issues whatsoever... I think the psu should be least of op's issues (if there even are any)

You can definitely run a 3070 with a 500w PSU. It should work fine for your upgrade plans.

It really depends on the PSU, GPU, and CPU you have. Your Vision OC runs around 270 watts max, while your old 500-watt PSU could handle up to 620 watts if necessary. What matters is that the total never exceeds about 400 watts for the whole setup.
