I'm checking if my overclocked CPU and RAM are safe. I followed some online guides and a video, but I'm not fully sure about the process. Just want to be sure I'm not damaging anything or shortening its lifespan beyond normal wear. Screenshot from Ryzen Master shows Cinebench R20 results after benchmarking. My setup includes a Ryzen 7 3700X at 4.3GHz all cores, paired with 16GB RAM at 3400mHz DRAM settings using Calculator.

I'm confused about what you're asking. You mentioned a Cinebench R20 test and an HWmonitor screenshot, but didn't specify the issue. Could you clarify what you need help with? Thanks!

Adjusted the Vcore on my 3950x to 1.31 volts, and it decreased to approximately 1.28V during intense usage.

Activate PBO with auto Vcore and perform a stress test. Verify the voltage at which the CPU drops to the safe level for that particular chip.
