When the 5800x was installed, the RGB lights activated and the small fan on the motherboard started, but the CPU fan and case fans remained idle. After switching to the 2700x, the tiny fan and RGB functioned properly at first, though after the second try nothing occurred—even the power supply fan didn’t spin.
