I recently assembled a new PC with an i7 12700K CPU, a gigabyte 8GB 1070 Cooler Pro RGB cooler, an H100 i RGB Pro 8 GPU, a gigabyte Z690 motherboard, gaming x SSD Corsair 970 EVO Plus with 1TB M.2 SSD, and a 650W PSU. When I power it on, the fans activate but the BIOS fails to load, the GPU's RGB stays off, and the CPU error LED lights up. Have anyone had similar issues? If so, did you discover a solution? I’m aware my RAM, GPU, SSD, and cooler all function correctly when tested separately.

It's possible the motherboard or CPU needs replacement. You've confirmed the other parts aren't faulty. RAM could still cause issues, but it's unlikely. Do you have another RAM unit available for testing?

I checked using two distinct RAM configurations with varying rates. It seems unrelated to the issue; the only clue is that it once triggered and then stopped immediately afterward.

Suggest disconnecting all possible components like SSDs/HDDs, the graphics card (using the DP/HDMI on the MB instead of CPU integrated graphics), and also re-seating the power cables to both the CPU and MB (make sure they’re properly seated on the PSU end). Take out the RAM and only re-seat one stick in DIMM1 (A2 for your MB). If it doesn’t work, try reseating the CMOS battery on the MB as a last resort. Also verify the CPU orientation matches the arrow; if issues persist, consider returning or sending it back for repair.
