Personally it runs smoothly, but because my CPU is strong I don’t see any impact between DX11 and Mantle, so I’m sticking with DX11 now.

In 2016 I plan to upgrade to an I5 4440. Will that processor still perform well now and in the coming years?

If both are at 50% usage, the system remains balanced and neither exceeds the threshold.

It might indicate various issues. If your game runs smoothly, it suggests the system isn't demanding much processing power and stays within acceptable performance limits—like in older titles where CPU and GPU handled 60fps effortlessly (which could be the game's maximum). It could also point to thermal throttling, where overheating restricts performance, though this is less common. Other factors like insufficient RAM or power supply problems might also be responsible.

Only a small amount of RAM is needed, but it might affect performance. Your PSU is running at 500W cooler master.
