Hi, i recently build an Workstation with two Xeon Gold 6150 CPUs, but despite the temps being moderate the cpu fans go absolutly nuts, i've installed the chipset drivers, but that didnt help... Help would be appreciated since that thing is being heard through out the whole building. i have also looked through the bios, but couldn't find the option for the cpu fans, maybe an bios update would help? System Specs: Intel Server Board S2600STB Two Intel Xeon Gold 6150 Nvidia Quadro RTX 6000 Sorry for the Bad Video, but i cant acces the server rn so i had to take an old one 20231007_111113_1_1.mp4.64c0b0d7d36fd97ea8249cdbcd6bfb8e.mp4

Do the fan connectors use DC power? (3-pin) Are the motherboard headers PWM-based? (4-pin)? This often leads to full fan speed. You should access your BIOS and switch the setting from PWM to DC if possible. If not, you’ll need fans compatible with the board’s header type.
