There were issues with BSOD and video driver failure after a cold start.
So a few months ago I encountered this issue but it was resolved then. Now suddenly I always experience BSOD after cold booting or after shutting down my PC for an extended period. After the BSOD, everything works normally for the rest of the day.

Actions I've tried so far
Performed a clean uninstall of the NVIDIA driver using DDU and Safe Mode
Attempted to install both newer and older versions of the NVIDIA driver, but I can't locate one from a year ago only recently
Enabled Full Control nvlddmkm.sys
Adjusted underclocking via MSI Afterburner with -30 memory clock
Turned off any applications that manage or monitor the GPU such as HWID and certain RGB software
Disabled Fast Startup

Sorry but can you confirm if there are any other alternatives? I’m not an expert on replacing or installing something crucial, and I’m worried about errors after the VGA replacement. I’d like to be sure whether it’s a hardware issue or a software conflict first.
The positive update is that few issues lead to Video TDR BSODs; these occur when the GPU driver crashes and stops restarting. The initial clear action is to switch to another (preferably updated) GPU driver and check if the problem persists; GPU drivers can behave unpredictably occasionally. If that doesn’t work, try using a different GPU. Additionally, you might perform a memory test by downloading and running memtest86 on a memory stick, letting it run briefly to ensure there are no underlying issues.
