Try and disable your A/V, in any case you should uninstall it before doing the upgrade. Do the same for any security software you have. Once done, restart your system and try again. - Make sure you have sufficient free storage space in your drive. - Make sure your account is admin. Don't do "Run As..." - If you have any external HDD or flash drive remove them and try again.
