Your laptop stopped working and then shut down. When you tried to restart, it showed a message about a corrupt file in the system directory. You should run the Chkdsk tool to fix it. Thanks for catching this early—your dad won’t be surprised!

Which laptop is being used? What Windows release is active? When does this issue appear? Is it possible to reach the login interface?

It seems you're using a Dell Inspiron 15 with the 3000 series and running Windows 7. Your friend suggested watching a stream, but the system became unresponsive and shut down on its own.

You just turned on the laptop and it's scanning a disk.

It stopped and then restarted the laptop, but it's still running the verification process again.
