Today, I attempted to download a program named Blender onto my PC. When attempting to save it to the operating system's hard drive (local disk C), I encountered an issue where the PC would launch another hard drive to store it. (image attached). When trying to save it in the local disk C, a warning appeared. If I managed to grant permission, I saw instructions in a YouTube video... View: https://youtu.be/KkG0f1kUPRA?t=131 and then proceeded... What’s happening? Earlier, after downloading Steam, the PC would automatically open the C drive to save it. Now I’ve only moved a few files from the D drive to the C drive.

Also on the Local Disk, © drive, there is an "Account unknown....." entry that isn't found on any of the other drives.
