Try changing the file format in NetBeans or adjust the settings to allow viewing your project properly. If it still shows as WinRAR, you may need to extract or convert the file first.

Click right-click and choose Open with... Pick the program you wish to use. You may also assign default applications for extensions in the Windows Control Panel.
