There seem to be some problems with the motherboard.
I've been dealing with similar problems after updating my motherboard. It seems like my PC won't boot at all, with no lights or sounds. Despite following standard troubleshooting, it often resets itself. My current setup includes an MSI Tomahawk Max with a Ryzen 5 2600 and 16GB of RAM. I'm running out of patience but haven't found a solution yet.
