i just want to know if you can feel any improve between those two and the same speed, i know the 8370 is 8 core cpu but games don't use it anyway. thanks

In general, yes you'll notice a boost with the FX 8370 at 4.3 ghz. It offers more cache and certain games will benefit from its multi-threading features. Thanks for the tip—I thought I should consider getting it and OC too.
