Also just to say, that it doesn't smell burned or I haven't seen any flash or anything that would suggest fried part

CPU fan is linked to AIO pump header. Change connection to CPU_FAN header. Attach 4-pin CPU 12V power plug to motherboard. Only 4+4 pin connector is available.

It appears your PSU wasn't included with a 4pin cable. The Moba manual references this: https://imgur.com/a/fByHjci View: https://imgur.com/a/fByHjci

Additionally, at first I had just the 4+4 cable connected to the Moba.

I placed the CPU fan in the right spot but nothing happened. I'm starting to lose hope.

Ensure the PSU is active and the power cable is securely attached to both the PSU and wall outlet. Check if the case power button is functioning and if the wire is properly connected. Test by pressing the power button contacts on the motherboard with a flat screwdriver.

The 4+4 pin CPU power connector divides into two 4 pin connectors. One of these is the CPU 12V 4 pin connector.

Yes, you'll need to run another cable from the PSU and divide it in half.

I succeeded. Nothing occurred.
Maybe the static caused it to be fried?
