There is an unusual issue with the boot screen.
Hi, I own an MSI GT73VR 7RF laptop that I recently updated using Rufus to Windows 11. Everything appears fine and all drivers are installed, but I’m experiencing some unpredictable problems. Occasionally when I start up, I don’t see a boot screen and Windows 11 launches directly to a white screen, playing the log on sound and making a loud bang before requiring a restart. I’ve had this happen twice this morning, so I tried entering the BIOS, which worked but still showed no visual feedback when I pressed F10 to save and restart. It seems to be functioning normally otherwise, which is confusing since it’s not causing any major issues. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Yesterday the machine kept rebooting many times, and this problem only appeared when it was first turned on in the morning—essentially a complete reset. To clarify, I never see any display until it reaches the desktop, then it plays the Windows log sound but shows a blank screen. I have to force shut it off so no blue Windows 11 logo appears during loading or bios info. When I rebooted, it entered the BIOS without any input but pressed F10 to save and exit, and everything worked again. If anyone has advice, I’d really appreciate it.
