If I'm the only one in the room and stationary, my frame rate stays at 144, but when something moves on the screen the FPS drops sharply and stutters, as demonstrated in the video. This happens especially when there are many players nearby, causing the drop from 144 to below 60 significantly... It's really frustrating. My PC specs are more than sufficient to run the game smoothly at 144 fps.

What is the BIOS version for the motherboard currently? Which edition of Windows 10 are you using? What is the age of the power supply unit in your system? You have 24GB of RAM installed, specifically three 8GB modules.

I have three RAM sticks, originally 16GB, I considered adding another 8GB since I read that RAM could be a bottleneck for CPU and GPU. My system used about 14-15GB of RAM while playing.
