Check if your current cooling solution can support the i5 4690K and consider adding an aftermarket cooler if needed.

A stock cooler won't be good for much. You'll have high temps and low performance. I'd really recommend getting a liquid cooler if you want to Overclock. Lots of people like the Kraken, But I have the Deepcool Gamerstorm and it works wonders. The radiator comes in three sizes as well: 120mm, 240mm, and 360mm, all by 120mm. I have the 360 and I never get temps over 50C, but the radiator choice is really dependent on what will fit in your case. Here's a link to the 360:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6835856025
Which is currently $50 off.

Need a different cooling solution - the existing fan won't help, and the stock cooler isn't suitable.

Sorry, I'm having trouble reaching my office in Antarctica regularly, which is why I'm relying on an aftermarket cooler.

Hey everyone, what coolers do you suggest checking out?
Best high-end option is the Noctua NH-D15.
For something more budget-friendly, the Cryorig H7 is a solid choice.
