There is a recurring BSOD in recent weeks and the computer no longer boots at all.
Since around June, I've been encountering blue screens occasionally each week. At first, it was just a small annoyance until it became daily in October. Now, in November and this month, it's happening constantly. Yesterday, I faced 30 BSODs before attempting to boot once more; now the keyboard and mouse won't light up, and it's impossible to access BIOS, with the screen remaining black. I suspect a memory or RAM issue, but I need guidance to resolve it. I can only access the dump files from October if they might help, as the same code keeps appearing consistently.
The individual who usually triggers our BSOD is currently on vacation, but I’ll give it my all.

What are the PC specifications?
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics
RAM: System displays 16GB, but doesn’t recognize brand; RAM tested to function at MB level. Ryzen CPU is particular about RAM capacity.
MB: B450-A PRO MAX (MS-7B86)
If the system fails to power on, testing RAM becomes difficult. It might be best to bring it to a repair shop for diagnosis.
Should it start up? Try running memtest86 on each RAM stick individually, performing up to four passes. Aim for zero errors; any higher indicates a possible BSOD trigger. Consider replacing or repairing faulty RAM sticks.
Memtest is designed as a bootable USB drive so you don’t need Windows to execute it.
