I own a fresh PC configuration that experiences stuttering across all games I play. Severe lag spikes occur, causing the game to freeze and then restart after about twenty seconds. XMP profile is active, all drivers are current, and dual-channel RAM is used with two 16GB DDR4 3800MHz sticks.

System details:
- Ryzen 7 5800X3D
- ASUS TUF Gaming TX 3070TI 8GB OC Edition
- Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2
- Thermaltake 750W Gold PSU
- CPU was undervolted by 30°C, but lag spikes appeared before; games like CS2, MW2, and Apex Legends also show similar issues. It seems the problem isn’t limited to just one title. Possibly the RAM speed is 3800MHz with XMP enabled, while the CPU only supports 3600MHz.

EDIT: The RAM operates at 3600MHz in BIOS, but reads 2667MHz when XMP is active on a single page, and jumps to 3600MHz on another page.
