The game runs on Unreal 3 engine. Changing texture quality from medium to high doesn't make a noticeable change, but switching to low does highlight the difference.

Have you attempted a simple restart of the game following a quality adjustment? Certain titles require this action, yet it isn't explicitly mentioned.

Thanks for the replay. However, when I switch the textures down, the effect appears right away even after restarting. The difference is actually quite noticeable—medium works well and high is zero.
