I'm noticing the clicking noise is happening all the time, even outside of gaming sessions.

The paper tube technique recommended by @Lutfij in post #2 helps identify where the clicking occurs. Include images of the motherboard and nearby case parts for better reference.

The sound just suddenly stopped when I tried it, and it's not coming back. I'll keep you updated if it does.

Immediately after believing it was resolved, it reappeared. Here are the pictures.

If the sound comes back, then apply the paper tube to locate the origin.
But if the noise disappears when the case is opened, it might indicate a connection to fans and air movements.

Attempt to halt fans briefly using your finger and observe if the noise ceases. Press in the center of the fan until it stops temporarily (CPU fan and rear system fan). Please do not touch the blades—this could cause injury.

Apologies for the delayed response; due to medical issues I couldn't reach you. I've attempted to halt all the fans, but the clicking persists and it seems to originate from the GPU.

I changed my GPU from the 3060 to the 4070 and the clicking sound is gone. It seems the fan bearing likely failed.
