There is a booting problem with my latest installation, could you assist?

I assembled this PC in January and it boots and functions occasionally. The CPU and DRAM indicators illuminate when I power it on, but sometimes it fails to boot and the lights remain active. Eventually, I have to shut it down, disconnect the PSU, and then restart it to work properly. Someone, could you assist? Is this typical? What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

Hi there,
What operating systems are currently active? When was the most recent update completed? Have all the newest hardware drivers been applied, such as those for the chipset?

UEFI, BIOS version 1.30, dated 08/10/2023, I believe all the drivers are current, but I'm not sure how to verify that...

You can find all your drivers and the most recent bios at the provided link:
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B650-GAM...FI/support
Make sure to run the drivers first, and install them completely to ensure they are current.
