Are there any options to stabilize your frame rate? You consistently hit 130+ fps in single-player and 70+ in Koth, but it drops briefly to 3–4 fps for a moment before recovering. Your setup includes an i7 6700k, 970F, 8GB RAM, 1TB SSD, and a 7200rpm hard drive. You’re considering upgrading to an SSD to see if that would improve stability.

Have you checked something similar to an MSI afterburner to monitor your VRAM/RAM? It’s unlikely it’s your CPU, especially with an i5 and no A3 problems. Arma 3 tends to use a lot of memory, and I’ve noticed my RAM usage often exceeds 9GB during multiplayer sessions.
